Our main idea

A main interest of the partners Landeshauptstadt Kiel and the State of Schleswig-Holstein is the maintenance and promotion of maritime economy and technology.

Therefore a unique cooperation of marine economy, maritime departments and institutions as well as concentrated economy has developed during the past years on the industrial site Seefischmarkt – managed by the ZTS Grundstücksverwaltung GmbH.

Our further goal is to enhance this potential, to promote the dialogue and to offer the lease of all possible sites for research, laboratory and productive uses to start-up businesses and to companies already in existence. We regard the needs of our customers seriously.
